We’re sorry to see you leave. If you wish to close your account, please follow the steps below depending on which Justspectrum app you are using.

We’re sorry to see you leave. If you wish to close your account, please follow the steps below depending on which Justspectrum app you are using.
Open the App
Launch the Justspectrum Service App on your phone.Access Settings
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
Select Settings from the list.
Start Account Deletion
Go to Account Settings and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the action when the confirmation message appears.
Reason for Deletion
Pick a reason from the list or enter your own.
Tap Confirm to finish.
After You Delete Your Account
Service Provider Notified: Your service company will be informed automatically.
Short Waiting Period: They have up to 2 business days to contact you if there are pending payments or feedback.
Permanent Removal: After this period, your account and any upcoming bookings will be deleted permanently.
Data Handling:
All personal information will be erased.
Only general booking records (such as date, time, and assigned staff) will remain for compliance.
No payment or contact details will be stored.
Justspectrum DriveSync App
- Launch the App
Open the Justspectrum DriveSync App on your device. Delete Your Account
Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select Delete Account.
Provide a Reason
Choose or type your reason.
Tap Done to submit.
What Happens Next?
The system will send an email to the Admin with your deletion request and reason.
Justspectrum Crew App
- Open the App
Launch the Justspectrum Crew App. Go to Settings
Tap Settings in the app.
Scroll down and select Delete Account at the bottom.
Give a Reason
Select from the list or type your own.
Tap Done to confirm.
What Happens Next?
An email will be sent to the Admin with the details of your request.
